You CT'ers are gonna run out of trees and rocks!

Sheesh! My entire life I've had an aunt and uncle who live with my 4
cousins in Madison, CT. I live up in Western Mass, and we would
drive down 5-6 times a year regularly to go visit. Now that I see a
gathering down in that area for next month, I figured I'd just run
through the boxes on letterboxing.org quick to see what was in that
area, figuring I might spend the weekend with them. After a quick
count, its safe to say that if I only drew a circle around their
town representing a 25 minute drive in any given direction, theres
probably ONLY 150 boxes in that area :) I was planning on going down
that day for the gathering, spending the night saturday and spending
some of the day sunday boxing, but after seeing that list, I may
just have to get friday off from work as well! I think I might go
crazy knowing all the boxes I wont be able to get in those few
days :)

Hey Jeff,
You might want to plan on staying down here in CT oh say, till the snow falls! And even then, it might not be enough time to grab ALL these awesome boxes! C'mon down!! MayEve

I'll have to buy a new box of paper and a few ink cartridges so I
can print out all the "local" box clues before I come down :)

Hey Jeff, I've got to tell you, there's almost a letterbox behind every tree in CT. I went boxing in the last 3 days and found 2 boxes that weren't on my list. I just saw a place that looked like a good place to hide a box and - lo and behold- there was a box there. Once when my husband and I were in a state forest, I had to "go to the lady's room" and found the most awesome letterbox behind a rock! Be prepared to increase your finds by an exponential amount! lol

I hope you saw the box before you "went to the lady's room". lol.

I've heard of a movement afoot to count CT finds as only 1/2 finds! ;-
